2018 Summer Camps!
This summer Montana GEAR UP is excited to offer the following camps:
- GEARing up for College at Dawson Community College (June 10–16)
- Fellows in Research Academy at Montana Tech (June 11–16)
- MSU Explore: Earth & Space Science Camp at Montana State University (June 24–29)
- Preserving the Planet at Carroll College (June 24–30)
- Montana Apprenticeship Program at Montana State University (June 24–July 21)
- Ecology Project International at Yellowstone National Park (June 27–July 1)
- Project ASCENT at Thompson Falls (July 9–12 OR July 14–17)
- The Glacier Institute at Glacier National Park (July 30–August 3)
How to sign up:
- There is no charge for attending! Discuss these camp options with your parent/guardian and with your GEAR UP school liaison. Decide which camp theme, location, and dates work best for you.
- Complete the on-line GEAR UP Summer Camp application form indicating your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices or visit mus.edu/gearup/ and click the “Register for a 2018 Montana GEAR UP State Summer Camp” link.
- You must register by April 13th!
- You'll be notified in early May of your camp assignment! Watch your mail for additional paperwork and camp instructions.
Please note: grade levels for all camps will be determined by your grade level for the 2018-2019 school year.
